Photography and Branding for Startups
Creative projects that allow me to help start-ups build their identity really excites me. Here are just two examples of fitness-related brands that I’ve helped start their marketing efforts: Karmadillo Yoga and Pax Fit Co.
The one thing I love the most about Pax Fit Co is their mission as a mental health focused activewear brand. Most focus on the physical and tangible aspect of fitness, but what goes unsee – like mental health – is equally, if not more, important.
Dan & Erin asked me to guide them in their pursuit of creating an identity for their clothing brand. They had a few samples of their clothing line for the photoshoot and a ideas for photos in at-home and gym settings. They wanted to focus on the happiness that comes with living an active lifestyle.

Karmadillo Yoga
Leslie Sharp, founder of Karmadillo Yoga, has built this yoga product company from the ground, up. She booked a content subscription service from me knowing that she needed a consistent look without worrying about content creation needs for every month. I helped bring my past experience in photographing for brands’ multipurpose marketing needs and implemented that into our strategy for capturing a month’s worth of content in a 1.5 hour photoshoot. I photographed in landscape and portrait orientations, as well as provided video clips for reels. Karmadillo took advantage of the subscription service to build out their product, website, paid social, and other creative needs. Here are just a few examples:
